摘要
由于加工含硫含酸进口原油,上海高桥分公司新建3000kt/a柴油加氢装置。该装置采用FHDS-6加氢精制催化剂,可生产出硫含量为280~300mg/kg,氮含量为10mg/kg的精制柴油。装置采用炉前部分混氢方案、双塔汽提流程及热高分流程,采用SEI开发的双壳程换热器和丝堵管箱轧翅片管空冷器及新型反应器内构件。对装置在反应、分馏、脱硫部分的问题进行了改进,开工后装置累计能耗为12.30kg标油/t,低于设计值。
To process imported sour crude oil ,Sinopec Shanghai Gaoqiao Company added a 3000kt/a diesel hydrofining unit.The unit uses FHDS-6 hydrofining catalyst and can produce refined diesel oil with a sulfur content of 280-300mg/kg and nitrogen content of 1 0mg/kg With hydrogen partially blended with oil prior to entering the heating furnace,the unit adopts a double-stripping tower and hot and high-pressure separator design and is equipped with the double-shell side heat exchanger developed by SEI and a plug-channel rolled fin-tube air-cooled heat exchanger and new types of reactor internals.In regard to some problems detected in the reaction,fractionation and desulfurizing sections,technicians made some improvements and after the start of operation,the unit's overall energy consumption is 12.30kg of oil equivalent/t,lower than the originally designed value.
