摘要 辽阳石化分公司炼油厂全部炼制俄罗斯原油后,因原油中有机硫含量增大使液化气的总硫含量超标,通过试用洛阳市华工实业有限公司研制的CTS型高效脱硫剂,取得了良好效果。室内试验表明,液化气脱后总硫含量平均值为79.3mg/m3,有机硫平均脱出率为86.85%。工业试用后,液化气脱后总硫含量在198~280mg/m3,有机硫平均脱出率为86.18%,达到了国家规定的总硫含量不大于343mg/m3的要求。 After PetroChina Liaoyang Petrochemical Company's refinery began to refine only Russian crude oil ,the overall content of sulfur in LPG produced exceeded allowable maximum value due to the increase in the content of organic sulfur in the crude oil.To solve this problem,technicians adopted the efficient CTS-type sweetening agent developed by Luoyang Huagong Industry Co.,Ltd and achieved good results.Laboratory tests showed that after LPG had been sweetened,the average of the overall sulfur content was 79.3mg/m^3 and that 86.85% of organic sulfur was removed on average.Commercial-scale use of this agent showed that the overall sulfur content ,after the LPG had been sweetened, ranged between 198 and 280mg/m^3 and that 86.18% of organic sulfur was removed on average.The sweetened LPG meets the national requirement that the overall sulfur content should not be greater than 343mg/m^3.
