摘要 中国石化北京燕山分公司在参照乙丙无规共聚PPR管材料4200的基础上,在120kt/a气相法聚丙烯装置开发出了新牌号B4101。分析了B4101的相对分子质量分布特性及乙烯链节含量、分布与共聚物宏观力学、热学性能的关系。进行了工艺优化:将熔体流动速率从0.19g/10min调整到了0.25g/10min以改善B4101相对分子质量分布;采用了共聚性能更好的催化剂改善乙烯链节含量、分布;采用添加加工助剂的抗氧剂体系以改善B4101的抗氧化性能。 SINOPEC Beijing Yanshan Company has developed a new tubular material codenamed B4101 in a 120kt/a gas-phase polypropylene unit based on the propylene-ethylene random copolymer tubular material 4200.This article analyzes the relative molecular weight distribution characteristics of the new material as well as the relationship between the ethylene chain content and distribution and copolymer macro-mechanics and thermal properties.To maximize the performance of the material,technicians optimized technical processes including raising the melt flow rate to 0.25g/10min from 0.19g/10min to optimize the relative molecular weight distribution of B4101 ,introducing catalysts with better copolymerization properties to optimize the content and distribution of ethylene chains and using an antioxidant system with processing aid to enhance the ability of B4101 to resist oxidation.
