阐述了价值工程的概念,分析了价值工程的基本原理,介绍了开展价值工程进行方案优选的过程,通过具体实例,进一步说明了价值工程在设计方案优选中的应用,以达到优化设计,节约投资的目的。
The concept of value engineering is elaborated. Based upon analysis of the basic principle of value engineering, optimum selection procedure of architectural design schemes utilizing value engineering is introduced. Combined with practical work further discussion is also made on the application of value engineering in optimum selection of design schemes, in order to realize optimum design and save investment.
