The historical cultural value of kashgar was analyzed, the necessity of dangerous and old houses reformation in old city was discussed. The relation between dangerous and old houses reformation and historical and cultural cities protection was studied, the measures to protect historical feature adopted in dangerous and old houses reformation were proposed, therefore not only protected cultural relic and old cities feature, but also impelled dangerous and old houses reformation.
