The paper introduces the design creation process for the processing and logistic center of strawberry core region in Beijing, points out the differences in design between the industrial building and residential ones, and indicates that it is the basic point for the industrial buildings to meet the demand of its own needs, and the design should be the perfect combinafion among internal space, external space and its craft needs.
