短隧道式小切口囊袋内人工晶状体植入术

Short tunnel small incision intraocular lens implantation

目的：评价短隧道小切口囊袋内人工晶状体植入术的疗效。方法：把切口作在右上方，中央距角膜缘1mm，长6～7mm；用自制分离刀潜行分离切口进入前房，截囊、娩核、植入人工晶状体。结果：本组6例78眼1周内视力≥0．5者72眼占92．31％，并与角膜缘大切口植入71例（78眼）对比，后者1周内视力≥0．5者58眼占74．39％（P＜0．01）。结论：短隧道小切口，不仅具备隧道式小切口优点，而且不需要特殊器械、操作简单、易于掌握。

To evaluate short tunnel small iocision IOL implantation,78 eyes of 66 patients were observed. Post-operatively the visual acuity≥0.5 was in 92.31% at one week,which was better than that in the control group with a large incision (74.39% ) (P < 0.01 ). Small incision IOL implantation is a simple and easy operation, and the special instruments were not needed.
