摘要
研究了当前岩土工程施工项目的管理模式,对当前施工项目管理存在的主要问题进行了分析,由此提出了改进当前岩土工程施工管理的办法和措施,以让施工管理科学化和法制化,并指出其中的关键点,提出了相应的解决方案。
The paper studies the management pattern of current rock engineering construction project, analyzes the main problems existing in current construction project management, based on this provides methods and measures of improving current rock engineering construction management, so as to make the construction management scientific and legalization, and points out its key points, provides corresponding solving scheme.
