From four aspects, the construction schedule management, the project costs management, the.project quality management and safe production and civilized construction, the paper illustrates some requirements for the project management and some relative problems, so as to accumulate experience of the construction project management, and to achieve the purpose of saving investment, shortening period and ensuring the quality.
