浅谈清水混凝土质量控制

On quality control of fair-faced concrete

结合山西西山综合利用电厂3×50 MW机组主厂房施工采用的清水混凝土工艺,对混凝土的配合比以及钢筋和模板工艺进行了认真细致的研究,对局部缺陷的修补方案进行了仔细的对比,以使混凝土外观工艺取得良好的效果。

By combining with the fair-faced concrete which is comprehensively used in 3 × 50 MW unit in the main power house in Xishan power plant of Shanxi, the paper gives a detailed study on the concrete mix proportion and the model craft, has a cautious comparison in the repair scheme in some partial shortage, so as to achieve better effect in the craft of concrete outline.
