结合实践经验,对建设项目实施各阶段的工程造价进行控制的方法与手段进行了分析,以期规范建筑市场,推动工程造价的合理确定和控制,从而提高投资效益和社会效益。
Combining practical experiences, the paper analyzes method and measures of cost controlling in every constructional stage of project, so as to regulate the constructional market, improve assuring and control of project cost, thus to improve the investing benefits and social benefits.
