摘要
通过对工程造价咨询单位的工作进行分析,从选择工程造价咨询单位、设计阶段、招投标阶段、施工阶段、竣工结算阶段等方面进行论述,提出了如何加强对工程造价咨询单位的管理方法,从而达到提高项目全过程投资控制质量的效果。
According to the analysis of work in the advisory unit of project costs, the paper illustrates from five aspects, the selection of the advisory unit of project costs, design stage, bidding stage, construction stage and the completing clearing stage, and points out the management method to strengthen the advisory unit of the project costs, so as to achieve the improvement of the quality effect for the investment control in all process.
