摘要
分析了工程总承包模式下采用节点验工计价的必要性,并结合工程实践总结了关于节点设置的依据、原则、方法以及节点验工计价要求和程序等几点体会,以保证总承包商及时取得合法工程款。
The author analyzes the necessity of adopting node examine and value in the pattern of engineering general contract, and combining with project practice concludes some experiences related about node setting＇ basis, principle, method, node examine and value requirement and procedures, so as to ensure the general contractor get legal project payment timely.
