Aiming at the importance of financial management in construction enterprise, according to work experiences, the author concludes the existing problems of the current financial management in the construction enterprise, and provides the reasonable and feasible solving mea- sures from five aspects, thus enhancing the financial management basic work in the construction enterprise, improving economical benefit of the enterprise.
