结合具体工程实例,分析了采用割翼箱梁的原因,介绍了割翼箱梁的预制方法,详细阐述了现浇翼缘板的施工工艺,并对割翼箱梁的架设和翼缘板的施工经验进行了总结,以期使山区或丘陵地带双线箱梁的过隧架设更为简便。

Combined with specific engineering example, the reasons of adopting cutting wing box beam were analyzed and the performing method of cutting wing box beam was introduced, the construction technology of cast-in-place flange plate was illustrated detail. The cutting wing box beam erection and flange plate construction experience were generalized, so as to make double-track box beam cross tunnel erection in mountain and hill area more simple.
