摘要
目的通过探讨开展药学服务,提高药学人员的业务水平,促进合理用药,提高医疗质量,提高患者的满意度。方法主要从提供便民服务,开展审方、发药交代工作,提供药师咨询服务和强化药师培训等几个方面来探讨开展药学服务。结果建立了门诊西药房规范化药学服务的工作模式及规范,开展的药学服务初见成效,得到广大患者的认同与好评。结论几年的实践证明,门诊西药房建立的药学服务工作模式及规范是可行的,能不断提高药房服务质量。
Objective To improve the operational level of pharmacy staff, to promote rational medication application, to increase the quality of medical treatment, and to improve patients' satisfaction by provide pharmacy services. Methods Pharmacy services were provided through the following methods: providing patients with good service and effective concealing, examining the prescription validly, giving patients professional advice on how to use the medicine, and trainingpharmacists. Results Out - patient pharmacy established a standardized working mode and criterion of pharmacy services. Conclusion The working mode and criterion of pharmacy services is feasible, and can improve the quality of pharmacy services.
