摘要
提出一种考虑多预想故障的电力系统静态电压稳定预防控制方法。该方法首先通过转移基态情况下系统薄弱支路的功率,使得基态情况满足电压稳定裕度约束。然后在要求的静态电压稳定裕度处进行预想故障分析,并通过减少故障前导致系统静态电压稳定裕度低于临界值的故障线路上流过的功率来提高系统预想故障集下的静态电压稳定裕度。IEEE 24节点和我国某实际的682节点系统的算例证明了该方法的有效性。
This paper deals with the determination of preventive control strategies to keep voltage stability margins with respect to contingencies above some minimal value. For cases with insufficient voltage stability margin at the base case, the weak branches are identified and a linear optimization model with the objective of decreasing the power flow at weak branches is performed. After improving the voltage stability margin of base case, the voltage stability margin with respect to contingencies is checked. A control strategy to decrease the pre-contingency power flow at these contingency branches is utilized to improve voltage stability margin with respect to contingencies. Case studies are presented on IEEE 24 bus system and a real system with 682 buses to illustrate the usefulness of proposed method.
