摘要
基于配电网系统保护原理,在IEC61850标准的基础上设计了新型的馈线自动化终端单元。利用各终端之间的互操作性,使相邻终端之间故障信息能够自主、快速地传送,采用点对点的故障信息交换,实现了配电网络的快速故障隔离。馈线终端单元采用了双CPU结构硬件平台,提出了基于以太网并符合IEC61850标准的通信模型,并对其在配电自动化保护的应用做了一定的探讨。
New feeder automation terminal unit is designed based on IEC61850 standard and protection principle of distribution network. The interoperability among each terminal is used to make fault information transmit freely and quickly. Point-to-point fault information exchange has realized the fault isolation of distribution network. Feeder automation terminal unit adopts double CPU hardware platform, the communication model based on Ethenet and up to IEC 61850 are put forward. The application in automatic protection is discussed as well.
