摘要
介绍了蒲城发电公司磨煤机PLC控制系统的构成及控制原理;从自动控制系统软、硬件及其基本控制原理、程序编制方法等方面较详细地论述了采用PLC实现对系统各电机的启停控制及对液压站加载压力的自动调节,达到控制磨煤机液压站出口总管压力恒定的目的,以解决磨煤机稳定运行问题。
The composition and control principle of pulverizer PLC control system applied in Huadian Pucheng Power Generation Corp. are introduced. Start and control of each motor ＆ automatic pressure regulation in hydraulic station realized by PLC are demonstrated in detail in the light of control software and hardware, basic control mechanism and programming method. Exit main pipe pressure of pulverizer hydraulic station is constant and the operation of pulverizer is stable.
