摘要
某发电厂发生两起母线保护区外故障,造成保护误动。介绍了事故经过及事故排查方法,找出了事故原因。分析认为,电气人员认真学习和贯彻执行《防止电力生产重大事故的要求与措施》,可以减少类似事故的发生。
Two bus relay accidents in certain power plant have resulted in maloperation. The accident process and check method are introduced, and accident reason is analyzed. It is suggested to earnestly study and execute Requirements ＆ Measures to Prevent Serious Accident and Failure in Electric Power Operation for reducing the occurrence of similar accident.
