系统性红斑狼疮(systemic lupus erythmatosus,SLE)是一种常见的自身免疫性疾病,其主要治疗药物—免疫抑制剂作用有限且毒副作用大。近年来新型免疫性疫苗不断问世,主要类型有DNA疫苗、细胞疫苗、肽疫苗等,其中部分用于SLE治疗研究,取得了较好的疗效。本文就免疫性疫苗用于红斑狼疮治疗的研究进展做一综述。

The vaccine includes DNA vaccines, cell vaccines, peptide vaccines and so on.
