摘要
为建立眼冲击伤的动物模型和观察伤情特点,作者们采用BST-Ⅲ型生物激波管进行了实验研究。实验中进行了临床、病理、电镜、荧光眼底血管造影及视诱发电位等项的检测。结果对3种实验动物模型,证明冲击了波能造成严重的眼损伤:如瞳孔缩小、眼压升高、眼睑、结膜、角膜、巩膜、葡萄膜,晶状体、视网膜和眼眶的损伤。其中以晶状体和视网膜的损伤严重。另外有二只眼球被击出眶外。按照眼损伤的严重性,将眼冲击伤分成:轻、重、极重3型。并探讨不同伤情特点。
In order to set up the experimental animal model and observe the characteristics of ocular blast injuries, the authers carried ou these experimemtal studies with Bst - Ⅲ shoch tube (blastgun) in 100 rabbits.In experiment clinical features, histo - ultrastructural changes, fluorescence fundus angiography (FFA) and the visual evoked potential (VEP)were measured. kresults estabishinh the three exprimental animal models and demostrating blast wave to caused severe ocular injuries, such as:pupils contracted, intracular pressure incrased, eyelid, Conjunctive,cornea,vea, lens. retina, optic nerve and orbit were contused. Among thase injuries which of lens and the retina were severe, two globes were even beaten out from orbit. In accordance with the severity of ocular injuries,it were put forward to divide into ocular blast injurie three tupes:light, severe, intence stern and the characteristics of each kind of injuries were discussed.
