冠状动脉介入术的术中抢救配合及并发症的预防护理

Intraoperative rescuing coordination for patients undergoing coronary artery intervention and preventive nursing care of complications for them

[目的]总结冠状动脉介入术的术中抢救配合及并发症的预防护理措施。[方法]回顾性分析60例冠状动脉介入术病人的临床资料。[结果]本组出现皮疹1例,发生心室颤动、心室扑动4例,其中1例死亡,低血压休克3例,频发室性期前收缩及室性心动过速4例。[结论]加强冠状动脉介入术的术中抢救配合及观察护理可减少并发症的发生。

Objective： It summarized intraoperative rescuing coordination tor patients undergoing coronary artery intervention and preventive nursing care of complications for them. Methods：Clinical data of a total of 60 patients undergoing coronary artery intervention operation was analyzed retrospectively. Results：A case complicated with erythra. Four cases complicated with ventricular fibrillation and flutter, among them, one case died. Three cases complicated with hypotension shock. Four cases complicated with premature ventricular beats and four with ventricular tacbycardia. Conclusions：To strengthen intrao- perative rescuing coordination and nursing care of patients undergoing coronary artery intervention can reduce complications for them.
