摘要
随着变频技术和PLC控制技术的发展,工厂中的自动化生产线也越来越多,由于一些行业的生产工艺的要求或是由于生产车间和场地的特殊情况,要求一些生产线需要配置相应的物件提升装置。为保证系统可靠地工作,除选用高性能PLC,并使其在允许的环境下工作以外,对系统采取冗余措施也是预防故障发生的有效手段。
With the frequency conversion technology and PLC control technology, factory automation line is used in the production more and more, in some industries due to the requirements of the production process, or as a result of the production workshop and the special circumstances, some line need to configure the corresponding lifting equipment. To ensure that systems work reliably, except selecting high-performance PLC, and allow to work in the the environment, the system redundancy measures are an effective means taken to preventing fault.
