小梁切除联合白内障囊外摘除人工晶体植入术35例的临床探讨

A clinical investigation on combination of trabeculectomy with cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation

目的：探讨对白内障合并青光眼患者进行手术的术式和疗效。方法：对３５例３６眼进行了小梁切除联合白内障囊外摘除及人工晶体植入术。结果：对３２例随访１个月到５年，１７眼视力达到０．５～１．０，１２眼视力达到０．３，３眼视力达到０．１。３２眼眼压均控制在正常范围。结论：结果显示这种联合手术对治疗白内障合并青光眼是一种安全。

Objective: To investigate the surgical technique and effectiveness in treatment of the patients with coexisting cataract and glaucoma Methods: Trabeculectomy combined with extracapsular cataract extraction (Ecce) and intraocular lens (Iol) implantation were performed in 35 patients (36 eyes) Results: 32 eyes were followed up by 1 month to 5 years after operation Visual acuity achieved 05 to 10 in 17 eyes, 03 in 12 eyes and 01 in 3 eyes The intraocular pressures of all 32 eyes were controlled under the normal range Conclusion: The combined operation is a safe and effective method for the treatment of cataract complicated with glaucoma
