氟西汀联合阿立呱唑治疗抑郁症的对照分析

Comparative analysis of Fluoxetine combined with Aripiprazole on depression

目的:探讨氟西汀联合阿立呱唑治疗抑郁症的临床效果。方法:将60例抑郁症患者随机分为研究组和对照组,经过8周的治疗。以汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评定疗效、不良反应症状量表(TESS)评定副反应。结果:HAMD疗前疗后和两组间评分比较,差异有统计学意义,而两组TESS评分均没有差异。结论:氟西汀联合阿立呱唑比单用氟西汀治疗抑郁症疗效好、副反应少,更具有临床应用价值。

Objective：To discuss the clinical effect of Fluoxetine combined with Aripiprazole on depression. Methods：60 patients with depressive disorder were randomly divided into research and control group for 8 weeks. The clinical effect of patients were measured with Hamilton rating scale for depression （HAMD） and the side effects were evaluated with the Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale （TESS）. Results ：There were significant differences between pre- and post-treatment and the same result between two groups＇ scores,but not on TESS score. Conelusion：Fluoxetine combined with Aripiprazole show better effect and less side effects than Fluoxetine singly on depression.
