摘要
目的:观察对咯血患者做纤维支气管镜检时的镜下表现,评估纤维支气管镜检查对咯血患者的诊断及治疗价值。方法:对586例咯血患者行纤维支气管镜检查,并结合临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:586例咯血患者病因诊断支气管炎症改变261例(44.54%),支气管扩张29例(4.95%),支气管内膜结核36例(6.14%),肺癌220例(37.54%),转移癌3例,良性肿瘤2例。支气管黏膜正常者35例(5.97%)。结论:纤维支气管镜检查是咯血的病因诊断及出血定位诊断的重要手段,且对少至中量咯血患者治疗效果确切,对大咯血患者需严格掌握指征。
Objective：Observing clinical manifestation under using bronchofiberscopy in patients with hemoptysis, evaluating the value of diagnosis and treatment through using bronchofiberscopy in patients with hemoptysis.Methods：Through using bronchofiberseopy for 586 cases patients with hemoptysis and combining with clinical data for further retrospective analysis.Results：261 cases of inflammation （44.54%）, 29 cases of bronchiectasis （4.95%）,36 cases of endobronchial tuberculosis （6.14%）, 220 cases of lung cancer（37.54%）,3 cases of metastatic carcinoma, 2 cases of innocent tumour, 35 cases of mucous membrane of normal bronchial tubes （5.97%）.Conclusion： It is the important ways for diagnosing the reason of hemoptysis and fining the position of hemorrhage by using bronchofiberscopy. The treatment for the patients with few to middle amount of hemoptysis is exact. And for massive hemorrhage, it should be strictly according the patient＇s indication.
