摘要
目的:了解基因重组乳链球菌防龋疫苗皮下注射免疫孕兔的抗龋效果。方法:通过酶联免疫吸附检测法分析孕兔免疫前后血清、唾液和乳清中抗变形链球菌表面蛋白抗原的抗体水平。结果:腮腺和乳腺周围区域皮下注射免疫1周~2周后血清IgG型特异性抗体、唾液和乳清IgA型特异性抗体均有明显升高。结论:基因重组乳链球菌HL107具有变形链球菌表面蛋白抗原的免疫原性。
bjective: To study the anticarious effects of local immunization with recombinant S. lactis HL 107 in pregnant rabbits. Methods: The genetic recombinant S.Lactis HL107 caries vaccine against caries was injected around salivary gland and breast in pregnant rabbits. The level of antiPAc IgG, IgA in whey, serum and saliva was measured with indirectELISA before and after local subcutaneous injection immunization.Results: Specific antiPAc IgG in serum and antiPAc IgA in saliva and in whey were induced to high level after immunization.Conclusions: The recombinant S. lactis HL 107 possesses immunogenicity of S. mutans surface protein antigen and is able to make the recipient develop specific response against PAc.
