摘要 目的:了解基因重组乳链球菌防龋疫苗皮下注射免疫孕兔的抗龋效果。方法:通过酶联免疫吸附检测法分析孕兔免疫前后血清、唾液和乳清中抗变形链球菌表面蛋白抗原的抗体水平。结果:腮腺和乳腺周围区域皮下注射免疫1周~2周后血清IgG型特异性抗体、唾液和乳清IgA型特异性抗体均有明显升高。结论:基因重组乳链球菌HL107具有变形链球菌表面蛋白抗原的免疫原性。 bjective: To study the anticarious effects of local immunization with recombinant S. lactis HL 107 in pregnant rabbits. Methods: The genetic recombinant S.Lactis  HL107 caries vaccine against caries was injected around salivary gland and breast in pregnant rabbits. The level of antiPAc IgG, IgA in whey, serum and saliva was measured with indirectELISA before and after local subcutaneous injection immunization.Results: Specific antiPAc IgG in serum and antiPAc IgA in saliva and in whey were induced to high level after immunization.Conclusions: The recombinant S. lactis HL 107 possesses immunogenicity of S. mutans surface protein antigen and is able to make the recipient develop specific response against PAc.
