摘要
目的:探讨氟化钠薄膜防龋的可行性。方法:测量新鲜牛牙釉质块在氟化钠薄膜、氟化钠溶液中进行矿化试验和抗龋试验后的表面显微硬度。结果:矿化试验前、后的釉质表面显微硬度相比,用氟化钠薄膜组增加率为27.5%,用氟化钠溶液组增加率为22.6%。抗龋试验前、后的釉质表面显微硬度相比,用氟化钠薄膜组降低率为24.7%,用氟化钠溶液组降低率为22.1%,空白对照组降低率为60.7%。结论:用氟化钠薄膜改善釉质表面显微硬度,与氟化钠溶液具有相同效果。
Aim: To study the feasibility of effect of preventing caries by using self-made fluoride membrane. Methods: To study the comparative effect of fluoride membrane and fluoride mouthrinses on the hardness of cow enamel surface with HX-1000 type hardness measurer. Results: The hardness of cow enamel increased by 27.5% in the fluoride membrane group and by 22.6% in the fluoride mouthrinses group, after the recalcification test in the form of 24h. This difference between the membrane group and mouthrinses group was unsignificant statisitcally. Effect of measurement of hardness in enamel showed clea in the fluoride membrane group decreassed by 24.7% in the fluoride mouthrinsesgroup decreased by 22.1% and in the control group decreassed by 60.7% after the artificial caries lesion formation in the form of 24h. Conclusions: There was a statistically signifecant difference between the fluoride group and control group. Results suggest that fluoride membrane is a possible material and method to prevent caries lesion.
