交锁髓内钉与外固定支架治疗四肢骨折的比较性研究

The comparative study of interlocking intramedullary nail and external fixation in limb fracture

目的：比较分析交锁髓内钉与外固定支架治疗四肢骨折的临床效果。方法：将我院2007年9月～2008年6月收治的四肢骨折患者50例，随机分为观察组25例和对照组25例，对照组采用外固定支架治疗，观察组采用交锁髓内钉治疗，观察两组的疗效并进行比较。结果：观察组治愈率为76％，明显高于对照组的44％（Х^2=5．333，P〈0．05）；观察组患者所需的愈合时间明显短于对照组（t=2．599，P〈0．05）；两组患者并发症发生率比较无显著性差异（Х^2=0．500，P〉0．05）。结论：交锁髓内钉治疗四肢骨折疗效满意，且愈合所需时间短，安全、可靠。

Objective： To compare the curative effect of interlocking intramedullary nail and external fixation in limb fracture. Methods.. From September 2007 to June 2008 in our hospital, the 50 patients with tibiofibular fracture were randomly divided into the observation group （25 cases） and the control group（25 cases）, the control group were treated by external fixation and the observation group were treated by interlocking intramedullary nail, the efficacy of the two groups were observed and compared. Results： The cure rate of the observer group was 76%, it was significantly higher than 44% for the control group （Х^2 = 5. 333,P〈0.05）. The time required for healing of the observer group was significantly shorter than the control group（t= 2.599, P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in the complication rate of the two groups （Х^2 = 0.500, P〉 0.05）. Conclusion： Interlocking intramedullary nail has satisfactory curative effect on limb fracture, and shorter healing time, safe and reliable.
