阿苯达唑与吡喹酮联合治疗脑室型脑囊虫病19例临床分析

Clinical Analysis of 19 Cases of Combined Use of Praziquantel and Albendazole on Cerebral Ventricle Cysticercosis.

目的：观察阿苯达唑与吡喹酮联合治疗脑囊虫的治疗效果。方法：选择脑室型脑囊虫病例19例，采用阿苯达唑与吡喹酮联合。结果：有效17例，有效率为89．47％；无效2例，占10．53％。结论：阿苯达唑与吡喹酮联合治疗脑室型脑囊虫病疗效显著。

Objective To observe therapeutic efficacy of combined use of praziquantel and albendazole to treat cerebral ventricle cysticercosis. Methods 19 cases of patients of cerebral ventricle cysticercosis were selected and treated by praziquantel and albendazole. Results Seventeen of 19 patients recovered well,the effective percentage is 89.47 and two patients failed to recover, accounting for 10.53 percent. Conclusion The combined use of praziquantel and albendazole is a effective method in treating cerebral ventricle cysticercosis.
