Ultrasonography on 160 cases of acute appendicitis

目的：探讨超声检查对急性阑尾炎的诊断价值。方法：回顾性分析160例经手术及病理证实的急性阑尾炎的超声表现，检查结果与手术病理对照分析。结果：急性阑尾炎的超声诊断符合率88％，统计学比较Х^2＝7．50，P〉0．05，结果无差别。其中急性单纯性阑尾炎诊断符合率82％，急性化脓性阑尾炎诊断符合率92％、坏疽性阑尾炎诊断符合率78％、阑尾伴穿孔诊断符合率70％、阑尾周围脓肿诊断合率95％。结论：超声检查可作为急性阑尾炎的常规检查方法，具有重要的临床诊断价值。

Objective To investigate the value of Ultrasonography in the diagnosis of acute appendicitis. Methods The elinical data of the 160 cases that demonstrated to be suffer from acute appendicitis by operation and pathologic analysis the result. By analyses of their Ultrasonic Manifestations, the check results confirmed by surgical and pathologic findings. Results Coincidence rate of examination of Ultrasonographic diagnosis of acute appendicitis is 88 %, There is not significant statistics differences between the results confirmed by surgical and pathologic findings and Ultrasonic Manifestations （Х^2 = 7. 50, P〉 0.05）. And among them, Coincidence rate for early, phlegmonous, gangrenous appendicitis, appendiceal perforation, and periappendieural abscess are 82 % , 92 %, 78 % , 70 % , 95 % respectively. Conclusion Ultrasonography can be a routine examination of acute appendicitis, and is of practical significance in the diagnosis.
