摘要
目的：比较手术前、后使用普南扑灵（0．1％普拉洛芬滴眼液）及碘必殊（0．3％妥布霉素和0．1％地塞米松滴眼剂）在减轻玻璃体视网膜术（VRS）和巩膜扣带术（SBS）后炎症反应的作用。方法：将338例（338眼）分为治疗组189例（189眼）和对照组149例（149眼），治疗组术前2d即开始使用普南扑灵及碘必殊滴眼剂点眼，至术后2w。对照组在手术后第2天开始使用普南扑灵及碘必殊，至术后2w。观察指标为眼部疼痛、充血、前房闪辉、虹膜后粘连。结果：治疗组在缓解术后眼部疼痛方面及减轻玻璃体切割术后前房闪辉、虹膜后粘连方面优于对照组，差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论：术前2d开始使用普南扑灵联合碘必殊较术后开始使用减轻术后炎症反应、减少并发症效果更加显著。
Aim To compare the effect of TobraDex-Pranopnlin on the alleviation of inflammatory reaction in vitreoretinal surgery （VRS） and sclera bucking surgery （SBS） pre- and post-operation. Method 338 cases are divided into 2 groups. The treat group is 189 cases who use TobraDex-Pranopulin 2 days before the surgery and not stop using until 2 weeks after the surgery, The control group has 149 cases who use the same drugs the day after the surgery and last for 2 weeks. The index are eye ache, hyperaemia, Tyndall＇s, iris posterior synechiae. Result The treat group effect better than the control one in the alleviation of eye ache and Tyndall＇s, posterior synechiae post-operation （P〈0.05）. Conclusion It＇s better to use TobraDex-Pranopulin pre- VRS and pre- SBS.
