摘要
目的：本研究通过对直接支架置入术前后血D-二聚体测定的数据同常规支架置入术所测数据进行统计学分析，研究两种手术方式对D-二聚体的影响和原因，探讨更为优秀的手术方法，减少不良反应的产生。方法：选择接受直接支架术的患者为观察组（n-19），同时选择一组进行常规支架术的患者（n=23）为对照组，分剐于术前及术后第二天清晨采集空腹血进行血液D-二聚体水平的测定。结果：两组患者术后D-二聚体均升高，但观察组血D-二聚体升高幅度较小，而对照组较观察组升高更为明显，具有统计学意义。观察组较对照组有更好的疗效、更轻的血管损伤、更少的X光曝光时间、更低的治疗费用和造影剂用量。结论：直接支架术后血D-二聚体无明显升高说明直接支架术较常规支架术降低了血管内高凝状态，防止急性、亚急性血栓形成，减少了微小栓子的形成，提高了手术成功率，降低了日后发生再狭窄的概率。故直接支架术可能是一种更为优化的介入治疗方案。

Direct stenting of blood D-dimer indicate no significant increase in direct stenting over conventional stenting reduced intravascular hypereoagulation state, to prevent the acute and subaeute thrombosis, a reduction of the formation of small emboli, increased surgical success rate and reduce the future probability of restenosis. Direct stenting may be involved in a more optimal treatment.
