摘要
目的：探讨肱骨外髁骨折患儿采用舒适护理的效果。方法：将我院2006年1月-2009年3月收治的小儿肱骨外髁骨折70例随机分为常规护理组和舒适护理组各35例，比较分析两组的护理效果。结果：舒适护理组患儿恢复的优良率为97．14％，常规护理组为82．86％，两组比较，差异有统计学意义（Х^2=3．9683，P〈0．05）。结论：肱骨外髁骨折患儿采用舒适护理效果满意，值得在临床护理工作中推广应用。
Objective： To explore the nursing effect of fracture of humeral lateral condyle in children with comfortable nursing. Methods： From January 2006 to March 2009 in our hospital, the 70 children of fracture of humeral lateral condyle were randomly divided into routine nursing group （n= 35） and comfortable nursing group （n= 35）, compared the nursing effect of two groups. Results： The excellent and good rate of the comfortable nursing group was 97.14%, the routine nursing group was 82.86%, there was a significant difference between the two groups（Х^2 = 3. 9683,P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The comfortable nursing has satisfactory nursing effect on fracture of humeral lateral condyle in children,so it is worth popularizing in clinical nursing.
