血塞通软胶囊佐治慢性肺源性心脏病心力衰竭的疗效观察

目的：观察血塞通胶囊对慢性肺源性心脏病（肺心痛）心力衰竭患者的临床疗效。方法：将40例慢性肺心病心力衰竭患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各20例，两组均作常规治疗，治疗组在此基础上加用血塞通胶囊2粒／次，每天2次，比较两组的疗效。结果：经治疗后治疗组总有效率明显优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：血塞通软胶囊治疗慢性肺心病心力衰竭临床疗效显著，能明显改善心功能。

Objective： To observe the Xuesaitong Capsule on chronic pulmonary heart disease （cor pulmonale） clinical effica- cy in patients with heart failure. Methods.. 40 cases of heart failure in patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease were randomly divided into treatment group and control group 20 cases, two were for conventional treatment, the treatment group on the basis of Xuesaitong plus 2 capsules / time, day 2 times, compared the efficacy of the two groups. Results： After treatment, the total effective rate in treatment group was superior to the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Xuesaitong soft capsule in the treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease significant clinical efficacy in heart failure, can improve cardiac function.
