摘要
目的：对２４０例下颌骨骨折应用传统固定方法治疗进行临床评价。方法：颌间牵引固定方法１６２例（６７．５％），非颌间固定方法７８例（３２．５％）。结果：解剖复位率９５．４％，咬牙合紊乱率３．８％，术后感染率１．２５％，疗效满意。
Objective:This study carried out to evaluate clinacal results of 240 cases after traditional treatment of mandibular fracturesMethods: 162 cases (675%) were treated by intermaxillary traction fixation,and 78 cases (325%) were treated by nonintermaxillary traction fixationResults:The results showed that the rate of anatomy reduction was 95 4%, the rate of occlusion disturbance was 38%,and the rate of postsurgical infection was 125% The therapeutic effect was excellentConclusion: It is suggested that traditional methods of fixation for mandibular fractures is still a viable treatment that satisfies the necessity for reestablishment of form and function
