摘要
师生合作的有效性是影响大班课堂教学的重要因素,活跃有效的师生交往和民主平等的师生关系的创建可以合理地抵制当前大班教学中师生合作中的不良现象,如权威意识的横行、公平理念的缺失以及师生交流的单一等,有助于大班课堂教学的进一步优化。
The efficacity of teacher-student cooperation is an important factor for the teaching in a big classroom. The constraetion of active and effective teacher-student interaction, and democratic and equal relationship would be helpful in eliminating the negative phenomena, such as the running of sense of authority, the losing of fair idea, the montonousness of teacher-student exchange, and would further raise the teaching efficiency .
