介绍了丙酮酸激酶的活性及同工酶,阐述了丙酮酸激酶的代谢调控,分析了丙酮酸激酶缺失对植物的影响,并检索了水稻丙酮酶激酶基因。
The study introduced the activity and isozyme of pyruvate kinase,and discussed the metabolic regulation of pyruvate kinase. Then it analyzed the effect of pyruvate kinase deletion on plant,and the genes of rice isozyme kinase were retrieved.
