摘要 [目的]探索硒对水稻生理机制的影响。[方法]对幼苗叶片喷施不同浓度亚硒酸钠,测定幼苗的株高、鲜重、倒数第3叶干重、SOD和POD的活性,判断不同浓度硒对水稻幼苗形态及其抗氧化酶活性的影响。[结果]结果表明,硒能增强幼苗叶片SOD和POD的活性,但高浓度和低浓度的硒在一定程度上抑制水稻幼苗增高和增重。喷施0.50、1.00 mg/L亚硒酸钠的幼苗泛黄、出现白斑。[结论]生产中对幼苗喷施亚硒酸钠以0.25 mg/L为宜。 [ Objective ] The purpose was to explore the effect of Se on physiological mechanism of rice. [ Method ] The foliage spraying Sodium selenite with different concentrations on seedlings, the height, fresh weight, dry weight of the third leaf, SOD and POD activities were determined to value the effects of Se on the morphology and the anti-oxidant enzymes. [ Result] The results showed that Se could enhance the SOD and POD activities, but Se with high and low concentrations inhibited the height and weight increment of seedlings. With the application of 0.50 mg/L and 1.00 mg/L Sodium selenite on seedlings, the rice leave yellowed and white-spotted. [ Conclusion] Regarding the Sodium selenite spraying on rice seedlings, the concentration of 0.25 mg/L was suitable for agricultural production.
