摘要 简述了目前用于杂交水稻品种鉴定和纯度分析中形态学水平、生化水平与RFLP、RAPD、SSR、AFLP等4种DNA分子标记技术的原理,并探讨了各种技术的应用前景及存在的问题。 Morphological method and biochemical level, RFLP, RAPD, SSR, AFLP and other four kinds of DNA molecular marker technique used in Hybrid rice for identification and purity analysis were introduced,variety of technical applications and existing problems were discussed.
