两个鲜食糯玉米品种籽粒灌浆特性的研究 被引量:5

摘要 [目的]研究鲜食糯玉米的籽粒灌浆特性。[方法]以2个鲜食糯玉米新品种TNX0621和TNX0620为试材,测定其灌浆期间的籽粒干物重,研究了这2个品种的籽粒灌浆基本规律和特征。[结果]通过对籽粒干物重的测定及与Logistic方程拟合表明,TNX0621和TNX0620籽粒灌浆速度随灌浆日期呈慢-快-慢的"S"型曲线变化。其灌浆速度出现最大的日期均为开始灌浆后的第34天;灌浆千粒重平均日增长的最大速度分别为8.57和6.43 g/d。籽粒干物重与灌浆天数相关性检验表明,r在α=0.01水平上相关,且籽粒的干物重与灌浆的天数二者相关极显著。误差分析表明,品种TNX0621在y0621±4.027 d范围内存在误差;品种TNX0620在y0620±3.734 d范围内存在误差,结果符合Logistic回归方程。[结论]糯玉米灌浆特性是影响其产量和品质的重要因素。 [ Objective] The purpose was to research the grain filling characteristics of the fresh waxy corn varieties. [ Method] With 2 fresh waxy corn varieties of TNX0621 and TNX0620 as the tested materials, their dry weights in the grain during the filling period were determined to study the basic law and characteristics of grain filling in 2 corn varieties. [ Result] The measurement on dry matter weight in grain and Logistic curve fitting showed that of the grain filling rate of TNX0621 and TNX0620 displayed a "S-shaped" curve change of "slow- fast- slow" with the filling date. The grain filling rate of the two varieties all reached the maximum on the 34th d after filling and the biggest grain filling rates of 1 000-grain weight for mean daily increase were 8.57 and 6.43 g/d resp. The correlation test for the dry matter weight in grain and filling days indicated that r was relative at level of a =0.01 and there was a extremly significant relation between the dry matter weight in grain and filling days. The error analysis showed that TNX0621 had error at the range of Y0621±4. 027 d and TNX0620 had a error at the range of Y0620 ± 3. 734 d, which accorded to the Logistic regress equation. [ Conclusion] The grain filling characteristics of the fresh waxy corn was the important factors affecting the yield and quality of waxy corn.
