北沙参水提法不同提取物体外抗肿瘤的研究 被引量:17

摘要 [目的]研究北沙参水提法不同提取物的体外抗肿瘤活性。[方法]采用MTT法观察北沙参水提法乙醇处理后3种不同提取物对肺癌细胞株(A549)、胃癌细胞株(SGC)、肝癌细胞株(HEP)的体外药理作用。[结果]北沙参水提后醇溶物、水提后醇沉物和水提后滤渣醇溶物的不同浓度在体外对肝癌细胞株(HEP)均具有一定的抑制作用,北沙参水提后醇溶物和水提后醇沉物各浓度间无显著差异,水提后滤渣醇溶物在300.000μg/ml时抑制率显著高于其他浓度;对肺癌细胞株(A549),绝大部分浓度具有一定的抑制作用,水提后醇溶物浓度为37.500μg/ml时,抑制率显著高于其他浓度,水提后醇沉物各浓度间无显著差异,水提后滤渣醇溶物浓度为75.000μg/ml和18.750μg/ml时,抑制率显著高于其他浓度;而对胃癌细胞株(SGC),只有水提后滤渣醇溶物在300.000μg/ml时具有抑制作用,且抑制率仅为6.340%,其他均没有抑制作用。[结论]北沙参水提乙醇处理后的3种提取物对肺癌细胞株(A549)和肝癌细胞株(HEP)在体外均有一定的抑制作用,但对胃癌细胞株(SGC)几乎没有抑制作用。 [ Objective ] Antitumor effect in vitro of different extractions from roots of Glehnia littoralis were studied. [ Method ] The three extractions,which were obtained by water from roots of Glehnia littoratis and treated by alcohol,had in vitro pharmacological effect on lung cancer ceil line(A549) ,stomach cancer cell line( SGC ) and liver cancer cell line(HEP). [ Result] Different concentrations of the three extractions had anticancer activities on liver cancer cell line (HEP). There wasn't significant difference among different concentrations of dissolved matter in water and alcohol and dissolved matter only in water. When the concentration of dissolved matter only in alcohol was 300. 000 μg/ml ,its inhibitory rate significantly higher than others. Most concentrations of the three extractions had anticancer activities on lung cancer cell line(A549). When the concentration of dissolved matter in water and alcohol was 37. 500 μg/ml, its inhibitory rate was significantly higher than others. There wasn' t significant difference among different concentrations of dissolved matter only in water. When the two concentrations of dissolved matter only in alcohol were 75. 000 μg/ml and 18. 750 μg/ml, their inhibitory rates were significantly higher than others. Only concentration of the dissolved matter in alcohol was 300. 000 μg/ml ,had anticancer activities on stomach cancer cell line(SGC) ,and its inhibitory rate was only 6. 340%. The other two extractions hadn't anticancer activities on stomach cancer cell line(SGC). [ Conclusion ] Three extractions obtained by water and alcohol from roots of Glehnia littoralis had anticancer activities effects on liver cancer cell line(HEP) and lung cancer cell line(A549) ,but they almost had no inhibitory effects of anticancer activities on stomach cancer cell line(SGC).
