安塞县淤地坝建设与农业经济发展的关系研究

Study on Relationships between the Silt-arrester Dam Construction and Agricultural Economic Development in Ansai County

通过分析安塞县1985～2004水土保持措施中淤地坝建设中的坝地面积与该地区经济发展以及农民收入的关系，研究陕西北部地区淤地坝建设与农业经济发展的关系。结果表明，1997年前安塞县坝地增加迅速，11年内增长了79.25％，平均每年增建坝地64.6 hm^2。同时，淤地坝建设在促进地区农业经济增长、稳定粮食产量、提高农民收入方面发挥了积极的作用。

Through the analysis of relationships between dam land in sih-arrester dam construction in soil and water conservation measures and economic development and farmers＇ income of Ansai County from 1985 to 2004,the relationships between silt-arrester clam construction and agricultural economic development were studied. The results showed that dam land developed rapidly before 1997, and increased 79.25% in 11 years while the annual average growth of dam-land was 64.6 hm^2. And it played an important role in promoting local growth of agricultural economy, stabilizing grain output and enhancing farmers＇ income.
