摘要
随着面板堆石坝的高度从100 m级发展到200 m级甚至更高,也随之出现了一些人们以前并未关注过的问题,分期施工的面板脱空现象就是其中一个值得关注的问题。采用考虑蠕变的三维有限元分析法讨论蠕变对面板脱空的影响以及考虑蠕变后影响面板脱空现象的各种因素并进行计算分析,发现面板堆石坝面板脱空产生的主要原因是面板材料与堆石体及垫层材料的材料性质相差很大,受荷过程中2种材料产生不协调的变形材料蠕变。通过对影响脱空值的各种因素系统分析,得出了一些规律,为防止混凝土面板堆石坝面板脱空提供了科学依据。
As the height of the concrete faced rockfill dams increasing from 100 to 200 m or even higher, some problems that had never been focused by people, the problem of separation between concrete slab and cushion layer in concrete face rock-fill dam wasnoticed. The 3 - D finite element analysis method was used to analyse of the factors causing separation between slab and cushion layer, after considering creep effect, the result shows that the main faetor causing separation between slab and cushion layer is the gredt difference of material properties. Inconsistent deformation occurs when the two different materials are loaded and the creep of the material only increase the size of separation and is not the absolute factor to produce it. Through analyzing the factors causing the separation systematically, some rules are derived which can provide some scientific basis for preventing the separation.
