星状神经节阻滞术联合中医药治疗围绝经期综合征的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Treatment of Menopausal syndrome with Stellate Ganglion Block and TCM Treatment

目的了解星状神经节阻滞术联合中药治疗围绝经期综合征的临床疗效。方法80例围绝经期综合征患者随机分为2组,每组40例。试验组以联合应用星状神经节阻滞术及中药治疗,对照组单纯应用星状神经节阻滞术治疗,疗程4周。于治疗前后分别进行Kupperman评分及访谈评估疗效,比较2组间差异并进行分析。结果2种方法在治疗围绝经期综合征上皆有较好疗效,但试验组在改善Kupperman评分上优于对照组,P<0.05。结论星状神经节阻滞术联合中药是一种更佳的治疗围绝经期综合征的方法。

OBJECTIVE To obtain the therapeutic effect of the treatment of menopausal syndrome with stellate ganglion block combined with TCM treatment.METHOD Eighty patients with menopausal syndrome were randomly divided into two groups,each with 40 patients. In the experiment group,both stellate ganglion block and TCM treatment were used; in the control group,only stellate ganghon block was used. Both groups were treated for four weeks. Kupperman rating and interview were carried out before and after the treatment. RESULT Both method were effective, but the experiment group produced better results in Kupperman rating （ P 〈 0.05）. CONCLUSION Stellate ganglion block combined with TCM treatment proved to be the optimal choice for the treatment of menopausal syndrome.
