电针对缺血再灌注脑损伤大鼠海马线粒体ATP酶活性的影响 被引量:18

Effect of Electrical Acupuncture on APT Activity of Hippocampus Mitochondrion of Rats with Ischemic Reperfusion Cerebral Injury

摘要 目的探讨针刺脑保护作用的途径。方法线栓法闭塞SD大鼠大脑中动脉,制作局灶性脑缺血再灌注模型。分为假手术组、模型组、电针组。电针组于造模后2 h进行针刺"百会"、"大椎"穴,捻转刺激0.5 min后,接电针仪,持续60min。观察各组海马线粒体Na+-K+-ATP酶、Ca2+-ATP酶、Mg2+-ATP酶活性,并观察海马组织的总体抗氧化能力。结果模型组Na+-K+-ATP酶、Ca2+-ATP酶、Mg2+-ATP酶活性及总体抗氧化能力均显著下降,电针组相应酶的活性及总体抗氧化能力均较模型组显著高。结论电针提高海马神经元细胞线粒体离子泵ATP酶的活性,从而改善神经细胞的能量代谢,是针刺脑保护作用的可能途径,这与针刺能够保护海马抗氧化损伤的能力有关,可能是针刺能够"醒脑"的途径之一。 OBJECTIVE To explore into the effect of acupuncture in protecting the brain. METHOD Focal Ischemic reperfusion rat models were made and divided into a pseudo - operation group, a model group and an electrical acuptmcture group. In the electrical acupuncture group, Baihui and Dazhui were punctured by giving thirty second stimulation followed by the use of electrical acupuncture apparatus for 60 minutes. Observation was made on the activity of the various enzymes and the anti - oxidation ability of the hippocampus tissue. RESULT In the model group, the activity of the various enzymes, including Na^+-K^ + -ATP, Ca^2 +-ATP and Mg^2 +-ATP, decreased markedly, while in the electrical acupuncture group the anti-oxidation ability of the enzyme increased markedly. CONCLUSION Electrical acupuncture can increase APT activity of the hippocampus mitochondrion ion pump, thus improving nerve cell energy metabohsm, which is a possible route of acupuncture protecting the brain, This is possibly related to the fact that acupuncture can prevent damage to the anti-oxidation ability of the hippocampus,an effect of "refreshing the mind" by acupuncture
