摘要
结合修订后《消防法》的颁布实施,对目前消防工作中存在的几个突出问题进行了分析,提出了需要通过消防行政法规立法对相关问题予以解决的建议。
The problems faced in the work of fire protection were analyzed and the suggestion that these problems should he solved by legislation of fire administrative regulation was put forward based on the promulgation of modified ＂Fire Prevention Law＂.
