摘要
针对典型难加工材料超因瓦钢,提出了采用结构简单的内置闷头和长爪相结合的加工夹具以保证薄壁筒件的圆度加工精度的方法。研究结果表明,通过合理选择闷头间隙,采用所选择的装夹方案可以保证薄壁筒件的加工精度,对于Φ200壁厚2mm的零件在普通车床上可以获得10μm的圆度。
Super Invar Steel is a typical material difficult to process. In this paper, a fixture composed of choker and long-claws is used to improve the accuracy in the roundness of thinwall cylinders made of this material. The results show that a high roundness accuracy can be obtained by using of the fixture proposed of a suitable choker clearance. A roundness of 10 μm can be easily guaranteed on a universal lathe for Ф200 cylinder with 2mm thickness wall.
