摘要
根据齿轮范成法求共轭齿廓的原理,利用AutoCAD内嵌的VisualLisp生成渐开线齿轮全部齿廓,获得齿轮精确三维模型。该方法生成的齿廓,包括齿根部分在内,实现了齿轮三维模型与实际加工产品的一致性。
This paper, according to the method of solving conjugate gear profile by using gear enveloping principle, uses the VisualLISP embedded in AutoCAD to generate all gear profile of involute gear, obtaining an accurate 3D model of gear. The method of generating gear profile, including gear root, realize consistency of gear 3 D models and the actual products.
